1. First you must download the plugin from the authors site here
2. Once you have downloaded the plugin, unzip and upload to your plugins directory.
3. Activate the plugin in your wordpress admin / plugins section.
4. Time to create the sitemap page, go to wordpress admin and select write, then write page. Give the title of the page the name sitemap, then for the post go to the code tab and enter:

sitemap code – <!– ddsitemapgen –>

Click on publish and if you have done everything correctly you will now have a new page on you blog called sitemap and it should list all your categories, posts and pages.
